Steadfast Beauty * Policies
Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with eyes and/or skin clean, no makeup and/or moisturizer/lotion, depending upon service to be performed. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Due to new guidelines for sanitation, please send a text message to 951-903-3300 if arriving earlier than scheduled, then wait for a response before coming in.
BOOKING TERMS / DEPOSITS
+ Full Sets of lashes require a deposit of $50
+ First Time wax appointments require a deposit of $25
+ All Permanent Makeup appointments require a deposit of $100
**All deposits & payments to be sent via Zelle, ApplePay, or Venmo, and may be subjected to a service fee due to greedy politicians. These charges (minus any fees) will be credited when services are rendered.
**DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER REQUEST or the appointment will be canceled. Deposits are nonrefundable due to the amount of time being reserved. If booking a special promotion or with a referral bonus, unless otherwise stated, the discount applies at time of checkout. If you need to reschedule, you can use your deposit for the rescheduled date, as discussed and agreed upon at time of rescheduling.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please make contact as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of others; please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be considered for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 5 days, 72 and 24 hours prior, either by text, email or both. Reschedule and cancellation requests need to be sent via text to 951-903-3300 with no less than 24 hours notice; emails are unacceptable. All clients are asked to provide a bank card to secure their appointment when booking online. Reschedules are subject to availability and are limited.
Should you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, if a deposit has been paid, it will be forfeited. If no deposit on file, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service(s) is due immediately. For a same day occurrence, if a deposit has been paid, it will be forfeited plus the remaining balance of your service total is due. If no deposit on file, then there will be a 100% charge administered to the card on file, if one exists. If no card is on file, then payment is due immediately or future bookings with Steadfast Beauty will not be accepted. All future booked appointments will be cancelled within 24 hours as well, if balance is not resolved. Any card transactions due to reschedules, cancellations, and ‘no-shows’ will also be administered a 3% service charge.
Again... Clients who fail to make changes within the specified times OR miss their appointments without giving any prior notification ("no-call/no-show") will be charged in FULL (100%). If a deposit was paid, it will be forfeited and the difference (discounts removed) will be charged without notice or required to be paid within same terms stated previously. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance without penalty via text message to 951-903-3300, within the hours Mon-Sat (8am-8pm) with consideration of your appointment date + time. Anything outside of business hours will be addressed at earliest convenience and considered as the next business day.
All services are scheduled as "by appointment only" as we have prepared and traveled specifically for you. Please also be considerate in all matters towards others, as you would want the same consideration towards you.

WHEN YOU SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE POLICIES
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist' time, products and other expenses associated in providing you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and options. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be addressed but charged accordingly if applicable.
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
(not applicable to wax clients)
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Steadfast Beauty, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set may need to be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
Permanent MakeUp services that are considered "new to me" are subject to new, "first time" pricing. Touchup pricing will only be for previously serviced Steadfast Beauty clients. Color correcting and reshaping may be needed, so it is factored into that pricing.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
